*Job Description -As a part of the development of our activities, We are recruiting ( Team Manager ) That can speak, read and write perfectly, taking Inbound calls and outbound calls, and must have great computer skills Mastery of office tools (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
*Profil We are hiring a Team Manager that speaks fluently 100%( Khaleegy or Shami and English), Two languages at least, and Must have previous experience in a call center as a Trainer not less than a year.
- Main Requirements must be a confident speaker, Inspiring and uniting candidates regularly: Training and enhancing agent's performance, listening, and correcting calls. taking Inbound calls and outbound calls
- Establish integration follow-up and weekly meetings -Achieve daily, weekly, monthly, Objective. -Ensure the transfer of key knowledge necessary for the project and support the skills development of employees. -Must Maintain product knowledge and mastery of the trade by developing coaching and listening skills, Ease of expression, and communication skills. -should maintain a high level of sales experience.
