- Description of Work
We hire a trainer as part of the growth of our operations, who can speak, read and write perfectly,
take inbound and outbound calls, and must have outstanding computer skills to master office resources (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
Facilitate and Incorporate "continual" instruction.
Establish follow-up for integration and submit training daily.
For each facilitated training session, participants
Must sign attendance sheets and assessment sheets.
Appropriate the module of training (product).
Prepare for training by ensuring the availability of training instruments
(modules, logistics, supporting documents to be provided to the participants, etc.).
Make sure to consider the participant's understanding point.
Maintain product knowledge and trade competence by establishing coaching in the field and dual listening in the field.
The Profile We employ a trainer who speaks 100 percent fluently (Khaleegy or Shami and English), at least two languages, and must have experience as a Trainer in the call center not let than a year. The key qualifications must be a positive speaker, Encouraging and uniting candidates on a regular basis: training and enhance the productivity of the agent, listening, and correcting calls. -Ensure the transfer of the core competencies required for the project and encourage the improvement of the skills of the employees. -Must retain product knowledge and market mastery by developing coaching and listening abilities, ease of speech, and communication skills.

Full time contract, Fixed salary plus bonus, Good quality training Climate and stability; Economic advantages are as follows: (CNSS + extra (health insurance for SAHAM). The hours are from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
